The terms and conditions in your original enrolment application apply. Additionally, if you cancel your booking more than four weeks prior to the course date, your revision session entitlement will not be lost and you may elect to take the revision session at a later date provided your distance learning course is still valid at that time. Cancellations within four weeks will be treated as redemption of your revision session entitlement. The booking fee is non-refundable in the event of you cancelling or deferring your revision session. CILEx Law School reserves the right to cancel revision courses without prior notice.
Students will only be permitted to make audio/visual recordings during a teaching session with the prior written consent of CILEx Law School. Such consent will only be given in exceptional circumstances and restrictions will be imposed on the use to which the recording can be put.
